About Bluesteel Builds

“We build one-off custom works of art! Functional and timeless interpretations utilizing various new and old school techniques. Our goal is to bring (Concepts to Creations) one artistic interpretation at a time!”

My name is Jason and I have a love for fabricating and wrenching on anything with a motor.  At a young age I built and painted multiple RC cars by hand and raced them religiously with my father. My first dirt bike was a Honda50, painted red to match my grandfather’s Honda175. It was the same Honda175 where I sat on top of the tank while he drove and I operated the go fast thingy. He would laugh as I grabbed the throttle to make it go faster, he would have to continually smack my hand before I wrecked us both. As a kid, I had multiple dirt bikes and quads, with a ton of freedom and space to grow, instilling a lifelong urge to ride and go fast. Living in the sticks taught me various things, such as working with my hands, off-roading and driving vehicles at an early age. The first vehicle I ever drove was my grandfather’s 1972 Chevy C10 camper special. I helped my gramps and my father replace gramps old worn-out Factory 295HP V8 with a Crate HO350 V8 in 1995. When he passed away in 2003, my brother and I assumed responsibility for his passions ( a 1946 Studebaker and a 1972 Chevy C-10). I own the 72 to this day! This brings me to my business logo. Even though my business does not build custom cars or trucks for others, it felt appropriate to utilize an image that was so impactful to me moving forward. Hence, people often ask, “What exactly do you build?”

It is simple, We ask…….Do you have a She-Shed, Mancave or Business? What are your interests? Do you have a picture or a napkin drawing of this said idea? What is your budget? We put our ideas together and I and start designing in CAD to create the image of the (Concept), then BlueSteel Builds LLC goes to town and builds the (Creations)!
